Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions/

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Global Track Express (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. By booking a shipment, using our website, or engaging any of our services — including Road Freight, Air Transport, Ocean Transport, Rail Freight, Warehousing & Distribution, and Moving & Relocation — you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

 Scope of Services

Global Track Express provides freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and related logistics services across road, air, sea, and rail modes, as described on our website or in a specific service agreement. The specific scope, pricing, and terms of any individual shipment or engagement will be confirmed at the time of booking or through a signed service agreement.

We reserve the right to use third-party carriers, subcontractors, and partner networks to fulfill any portion of the services booked, and such use does not relieve us of our obligations under these Terms unless otherwise specified.

 Booking and Quotes

Quotes Quotes provided by Global Track Express are based on the shipment details provided by the customer at the time of the request, including origin, destination, weight, dimensions, and cargo description. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if actual shipment details differ from what was originally provided.

Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed once payment or payment authorization has been received, or a signed service agreement has been executed, whichever applies to the specific service arrangement.

Accuracy of Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their shipment, including cargo description, weight, dimensions, and any special handling requirements. Global Track Express is not liable for delays, additional charges, or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

 Payment Terms

Pricing All pricing is provided in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may include freight charges, applicable fees, and, where selected, insurance costs. Customs duties, taxes, and government fees are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly included in the quoted price.

Payment Methods We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and, for approved business accounts, net payment terms as agreed upon in a separate account agreement.

Late Payments Invoices not paid within the agreed payment terms may be subject to late fees and, at our discretion, suspension of services until outstanding balances are resolved.

 Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate shipment information, including cargo contents, weight, and dimensions
  • Ensure cargo is properly packaged and labeled to withstand normal transit conditions
  • Disclose any hazardous, regulated, or restricted materials prior to shipment
  • Provide all necessary documentation required for customs clearance on international shipments
  • Make cargo available for pickup and available to receive delivery within agreed timeframes

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or refusal of service, and Global Track Express shall not be held liable for any resulting impact.

 Prohibited and Restricted Items

Global Track Express reserves the right to refuse shipment of any items deemed illegal, hazardous without proper documentation and handling, or otherwise prohibited under applicable domestic or international regulations. Customers are responsible for disclosing the nature of their cargo accurately and obtaining any required permits, licenses, or certifications prior to shipment.

 Liability and Cargo Insurance

Standard Carrier Liability Unless additional insurance is purchased, shipments are subject to standard carrier liability limits as determined by applicable regulations for the relevant mode of transport (road, air, sea, or rail). These limits may not cover the full value of the cargo.

Optional Cargo Insurance Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase additional cargo insurance for shipments of significant value. Global Track Express can facilitate insurance coverage upon request, subject to the terms of the insurance provider.

Exclusions Global Track Express is not liable for loss, damage, or delay resulting from:

  • Improper packaging by the customer
  • Inherent defects or nature of the goods
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather events
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action
  • Customs delays or regulatory holds
  • Force majeure events as described in Section 9

Claims Process

Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing to info@globaltracksexpres.com within a reasonable timeframe following delivery (or expected delivery, in the case of loss), and must include supporting documentation such as photos, inspection reports, and the original shipment invoice.

Claims will be reviewed in accordance with applicable liability limits and any additional insurance coverage purchased. Global Track Express reserves the right to investigate claims and request additional information before issuing a resolution.

 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. In general, refund eligibility depends on the shipment status at the time of cancellation (pre-pickup, post-pickup, or in-transit).

 Force Majeure

Global Track Express shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government action, labor strikes, port or airspace closures, war, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and minimize impact to affected shipments.

 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Track Express’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific shipment or service giving rise to the claim, except where additional insurance coverage has been purchased and applies.

Global Track Express shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from the use of our services.

 Intellectual Property

All content on the Global Track Express website, including logos, graphics, text, and design elements, is the property of Global Track Express and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

Global Track Express reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
